About the
Board
Weslyn Reynolds Wood
Founder / Director
Weslyn
Wood contributes over 23 years in the hospitality industry in
the role of interior architect, executive management and
entrepreneur. For the last 8 years her consulting company,
Capstone Program Management, Inc. has offered developers and
owners of hotel expertise in the management of turnkey
interior finish-out. While there are many facets involved,
Capstone is hired normally for complex urban or remote
developments requiring intense organizational assistance,
budget advisement and an expectation of a high standard of
work excellence from the interiors, purchasing and
installation/warehouse teams.
Since 1996, Ms. Wood has envisioned the formation of the
ministry and began efforts of participation with theological
studies and supporting other non-profit organizations to gain
insight on all aspects of establishing a counseling ministry
and benevolence program. Ms. Wood joined building projects and
real estate expansion programs for Reconciliation Outreach
and served in the inner city mission field for the past
9 years. She has chair funding raising events and silent
auctions for various ministries for the past 7 years. Ms. Wood
currently serves on the board of directors of Reconciliation
Outreach. Significant time and efforts also expand her talents
and gifts to world mission ministries in remote areas of
Russia, Thailand, Pakistan, Malaysia, Cuba, Israel, Egypt,
China, Peru, India, Turkey and Africa in cooperation with other mission ministries.
Ms. Wood brings her combined secular management talents and
resources to the ministry as an outreach resource. She works
to supply biblical wisdom and insight to those with
successful lives but lost purpose as well as providing
assistance to those who find themselves in financial despair
due to dire life circumstances or unemployment. It is with
such networking that the program is already being recognized
as the good Samaritans who invoke the challenge to pay it
(kindness/selfless support/unconditional love/financial aid)
forward; a means of helping each other throughout the world
regardless of race, creed or color.
